In this role, you will support 3-5 agile software engineering teams directly and establish or improve healthy practices with them. You will establish, train, and accompany 'Agile Advocates' which is a new role within every development team. Agile Advocates are your main peers in the teams who are eager to sustain the improvement cycle and support their teams in these matters.
Embedded in the global Agile Competence Center team you are a central interface between Product Managers, Product Architects, development teams, Product Designers, Product Engineers, and Product Owners.
Contact person and coach of development teams: You help teams to develop their potentials by communicating the agile values. Furthermore, you support to iteratively improve the agile process and help them to solve their daily challenges. Advise our teams to ideally perform the team internal roles of a Product Owner and an Agile Advocate. With your help, our teams become more effective and frictionless. Because you care about the team.
Organization of meetings: You coordinate, moderate, document, and timebox meetings to establish healthy events. You enable the team to take these tasks over after a certain period, You will manage the cross-team impediment backlog and support the team in removing impediments.
Innovation of agile methods: You are the creative force to drive our agile ideas forward in the sense of a common vision. In doing so, you will work according to company-wide methods (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban on team level – aligned with our own scaled agile framework called Scaled Agile Interface), which you will also continuously develop with the global Agile Competence Center team ("Inspect & Adapt").
2+ Work experience as Agile Coach/Scrum Master required, scaled agile environment desirable.
Certifications (Agile Master, Scrum Master, SAFe, LESS, ...).
Experience in introducing Scrum/Kanban in multiple teams.
Experience in conducting internal training about Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
Knowledge of scaling agile frameworks.
Organizational talent with sensitivity.
Experience in mentoring and coaching others.
Strong communication skills, pleasure in moderating, assertiveness, and fun working with people.
High self-organization and pro-activeness.
Independent work is required. We act with a lot of freedom, which should be considered and used reasonably (Autonomy Principle).
Experience as a software engineer/tester to communicate with our experts accordingly.
Openness and efficiency in dealing with partners spread across different locations and countries with different cultural backgrounds.
Very good knowledge of English.
Polish language knowledge would be an advantage.

Regular: 17k - 24k PLN gross per month
