Your role at Dynatrace
Location: Mumbai, India
Experience in APM, preferably Dynatrace products and Cloud knowledge (AWS and Azure)
Identify, understand and resolve technical product problems ensuring the highest customer support experience is maintained
Investigate and perform deep analysis of technical product issues from customers - Cooperate with Development and Product Management
Constantly learn and train for new product features and technologies
Exchange and share knowledge with other colleagues including suggestion of product improvements
What will help you succeed
A recent Computer Science or IT graduate
Who will be available to start in April 2023
Basic Technical knowledge of the following:
Programming (Python, TypeScript or React)
Web (HTML, XML, Javascript)
Cloud and Microservices
Database
Linux
Networking
Strong passion and desire to learn new technology
Independent thinker yet team oriented
Innovative, creative and analytical
Self-driven with a strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile
Excellent Customer Service skills
Knowledge and skills in Software Intelligence and Observability solution such as Dynatrace, Mobile Development, Application Security or Kubernetes are a plus
