Technical Solutions Support Engineer

Your role at Dynatrace

  • Location: Mumbai, India

  • Experience in APM, preferably Dynatrace products and Cloud knowledge (AWS and Azure)

  • Identify, understand and resolve technical product problems ensuring the highest customer support experience is maintained

  • Investigate and perform deep analysis of technical product issues from customers - Cooperate with Development and Product Management

  • Constantly learn and train for new product features and technologies

  • Exchange and share knowledge with other colleagues including suggestion of product improvements

What will help you succeed

  • A recent Computer Science or IT graduate

  • Who will be available to start in April 2023

  • Basic Technical knowledge of the following:

    • Programming (Python, TypeScript or React)

    • Web (HTML, XML, Javascript)

    • Cloud and Microservices

    • Database

    • Linux

    • Networking

  • Strong passion and desire to learn new technology

  • Independent thinker yet team oriented

  • Innovative, creative and analytical

  • Self-driven with a strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile

  • Excellent Customer Service skills

  • Knowledge and skills in Software Intelligence and Observability solution such as Dynatrace, Mobile Development, Application Security or Kubernetes are a plus
