Technical Support Intern

Your role at Dynatrace

Dynatrace is seeking to add an Intern to its Employee Digital Enablement team to address its growing need to enable flawless and secure digital interactions for Dynatrace customers. As an Employee Digital Enablement Intern, your work will help create a world where software works perfectly.

 

Job Description

In joining the Digital Employee Enablement team, you will experience various elements involving hardware, software, and people.  These elements may include:

  • Building and maintaining standard hardware

  • Installing and troubleshooting standard software

  • Maintaining Asset Inventory

  • Working with current operating systems from Microsoft and Apple

  • Creating and administrating Active Directory user accounts and workstations

  • Assisting with Audio and Visual conference rooms

  • Vendor relationships

  • Learning service level aptitudes

  • Developing communication skills

What will help you succeed

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field.

  • Local to Detroit or Boston and able to come to the office 3 days a week.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Work experience: 0-1 Years.  

  • Familiar with one or more of the following technologies: 

    • MAC OS, Windows OS, Microsoft 365

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment.

Additional Information: 

  • Hourly pay rate: $22-$26/hour 

  • June 9th– August 15th 

  • Boston, MA or Detroit, MI/ Hybrid Work Model
