Senior Manager, Corporate Real Estate

The Global Corporate Real Estate team is in search of a Senior Manager to join the team and become a part of a dynamic and growing organization. The Senior Manager will become a part of a small, global team and will play a critical role in a wide range of Real Estate programs. 

You will work closely with key stakeholders and company leadership to manage CRE Projects, gather information and prepare recommendations for new projects and expansions, track metrics and administer our CRE software.  The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong presentation skills, be highly collaborative, and have a solid understanding of real estate principals, construction methods and financial management principles. 

This position will report directly to the Senior Director, Global CRE. Some travel is required. 

Your role at Dynatrace:

  • Project Delivery: Initiate projects from inception through the entire project lifecycle, managing both internal and external stakeholders towards successful closeout.

  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, especially as it relates to capacity planning and other real estate requirements. Ensure that all projects support our capacity needs both now and in the future. 

  • Vendor Management: Manage the RFP, selection and delivery process for architects, contractors and FF&E during the project lifecycle. 

  • Budget Management: Develop and track project budgets, assist other team members with the purchase order process and ensure compliance. 

  • CRE Metrics: Develop and implement global workplace metrics that allow our senior team to have a pulse on the organization and how we track against our peer group. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Workplace Experience, Accounting, Finance, IT, and business stakeholder teams to support the organization and adherence to accuracy, completeness, and deadlines. 

  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

This is hybrid role (2 days per week) out of our Boston, MA office. 

What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience managing within a high growth environment, ideally in a technology firm. 

  • Experience with enterprise software and CAD. 

  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks concurrently and work well with all levels within the organization. 

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience managing, mentoring and developing team members.

Compensation Data

DOE, salary $140K - $160K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
