Marketing Operations Specialist - Marketo

Dynatrace is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our global Marketing Analytics & Operations team. 

We are looking for someone passionate about all aspects of Marketing Automation to help us maintain, improve and expand our extensive Marketo instance with all its programs, campaigns and integrations. The right candidate will be someone who thrives on juggling lots of tasks, can prioritize their own time, can work within tight deadlines and is detail oriented. They should have experience using Marketo for email programs, nurture programs, event programs, landing page development, form creation, 3rd party integrations and segmentation techniques. 

  • Handle global ticket requests around campaign creation and execution, landing page and form creation, campaign performance reports, new field creation, within SLAs 

  • Execute on automation project requests including hosting kick-off calls, pulling together project requirements and a project plan, along with executing the project deliverables 

  • Maintain and Optimize scalable processes within Marketo that ensure best practices are being utilized for lead generation, campaign execution, audience segmentation, email compliance, and campaign reporting  

  • Proactively look for opportunities to drive incremental value and anticipate future business needs to continuously improve efficiency and throughput 

  • Understand and adhere to email compliance policies as they relate to the various countries 

  • Continuously find ways to improve the accuracy and hygiene of our data 

  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize our team’s performance and productivity  

What will help you succeed

Required Qualifications: 

  • Experience with a Marketing Automation platform, preferably Marketo  

  • Experience of building programs and campaigns in the marketing automation platform including localized content 

  • Experience building and working with a lead lifecycle including multiple lifecycles simultaneously 

  • Experience with campaign performance and email metrics reporting  

  • Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript 

  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines 

  • Good communication skills including communicating with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues 

  • Strong data hygiene skills 

  • Strong attention to detail 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Marketo certifications and/or admin experience 

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com and the Salesforce-Marketo integration 

  • Experience working with project collaboration platforms, preferably Asana  

  • Experience working with global teams, across multiple time zones 

  • Experience working for a B2B SaaS software company
