Your role
As a Senior Software Engineer you will:

• Build, deliver and be responsible for critical and most challenging features and components throughout their lifecycle

• Contribute to architecture discussions and complex implementations.

• Thrive in our cloud-native environment using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js, while leveraging a rich toolbox of technologies to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Ensure adherence to best practices, quality of code, and design principles

• Make software design decisions and identify potential issues and risks

• Collaborates with key stakeholders effectively to solve problems and drive decisions

What will help you succeed

What will help you succeed:

• 5+ years of experience developing web-based software using JavaScript/TypeScript

• Strong academic background in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience

• Solid understanding of core Web APIs, HTML, and CSS

• Excellent knowledge of React and modern front-end development practices

• Hands-on team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills

• A user-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences

• Experience working in Python, Java or any other backend language or willingness to learn

• Ideally, experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP for network deployments

• We offer only employment contracts and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages 

• Base salary range — starting from 16.400PLN gross per month
