Senior Full Stack Engineer

Your role at Dynatrace

As a Senior Software Engineer you will:

• Collaborate effectively across multiple teams to build and deliver critical and most

• challenging features and components 

• Write React components, native JavaScript libraries, as well as Java services

• Contribute to architecture discussions and complex implementations

• Ensure adherence to best practices, quality of code, and design principles

• Make software design decisions and identify potential issues and risks

• Work alongside an experienced, engaged, and supportive team that fosters learning and growth

What will help you succeed

• 5+ years of experience developing web-based software using JavaScript/TypeScript

• Strong academic background in Software Engineering or equivalent practical

• experience

• Deep knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals, solid understanding of core Web APIs,

• HTML, and CSS

• Excellent knowledge of React and modern front-end development practices

• Experience working with backend (Java, Spring Boot)

• Ability to effectively share ideas and collaborate with team members and

• stakeholders

• Passion for tackling complex challenges in building scalable, innovative solutions

• Proactive mindset and willingness to keep learning

Compensation and Rewards

• We offer only employment contracts (PL: Umowa o pracę / UoP) and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.

• Base salary range — starting from 16.000 PLN gross per month.
