Application Security Regional Sales Director
Your role at Dynatrace
As a Dynatrace Sales Director you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our Security line of business. You will be leading, growing and developing a team of Security Sales Specialists to prospect, attain, grow and maintain the assigned territory for Dynatrace Security offers. You will be recognized as a sales leader throughout the company – setting the tone and pace for your specified region.
What will help you succeed
HS diploma or GED AND at least 3 years of experience in managing enterprise software sales teams.
Experience in sales leadership and be passionate about building, leading and coaching a team to high levels of success
A track record of market success in Security software sales/leadership in (Geo)
An unrelenting will to win and desire to overperform as a team.
A natural instinct to collaborate and motivate individuals to work together
The ability to take complex subjects and communicate them in simple terms with confidence and conviction to anyone
A well-organized plan, structure and cadence to drive your business to greatness

Compensation and rewards
The salary range for this role is $145,000 - $217,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location. Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system. We also offer medical/dental benefits, and a company matching 401(k) plan for retirement.
