Job Description

We are looking for motivated students who want to join our Dynatrace crew in a part-time internship.

The Recruiting Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition Team across all areas of recruiting.  This individual will work closely with multiple recruiters and provide high-level support for the talent acquisition process with an emphasis on providing an exceptional experience to candidates and internal stakeholders. This is a key position for the Talent Acquisition team that will play an instrumental role in helping our team to achieve our growth plans.


Your role

  • Arrange pre-screening and face to face interview arrangements and logistics between candidates and interviewers

  • Monitor and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process

  • Assist the recruiter with tracking candidates throughout the life cycle of the hiring process while maintaining candidate status up to date within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Ensure all required pre-hire activities are scheduled and completed to ensure a timely start date and new hire processing and any related issues escalated accordingly

  • Partner closely with our People team to ensure all our new starters have a smooth onboarding process

  • Participate in different People-related projects

We expect

  • To apply for this position, you have to be an active student in a Bachelor or Master Degree in Psychology/Business/Labor Relations/HR Management or similar program and be able to do an internship through your university (6 months –part time)

  • High proficiency in MS Office suite of products required including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication skills required both written and verbal

  • Demonstrated track record of being proactive to solve problems  

  • Demonstrated ability to be empathetic; specifically, as it relates to the candidate experience

Additional Information

We offer 700€/month for this part-time internship (4h/day), together with other benefits and an awesome international culture. Due to covid you will be working most of the time from home but our offices are open if you would like to go!
