Your role at Dynatrace
We are looking for an ACE Services Project Coordinator to support our continued business growth. Reporting to the Enterprise Program Management Practice Manager, Americas ACE Services, the primary function of this position is to support ACE Services success by working with Regional Services Managers, Sales, Consultants and Customers to schedule, coordinate, and manage Flexpoint based engagements that have planned usage
Schedule, coordinate, and manage resources for OnDemand engagements
Analyze resource schedules to determine optimal efficiency
Analyze and report on resource utilization metrics
Work with the Regional Services Managers to extend and expire escrow as is appropriate
Account Team communications regarding engagement schedule updates
OnDemand Survey scheduling, review, and analysis
Systems and process improvement feedback
What will help you succeed
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Services organization or related entity
Knowledge of FinancialForce PSA or similar Professional Services Automation applications
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail
Proactive with the ability to take ownership of projects without constant supervision
Excellent organizational/time management skills
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and a passion to learn new technology
Must have solid presentation and writing skills
Knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions
2+ years of Dynatrace Technology experience
Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP)
Graduation from Dynatrace’s Professional Development Program (PDP)
