HR Business Partner - R&D (m/f/x)

Your role at Dynatrace

We are looking to find a People & Culture Business Partner to join our newly established Business Partner team for R&D. In this role, you will take an essential part of shaping the Business Partner function and will establish a close relationship to your R&D business stakeholders. You will act as trusted Advisor and sounding board, have open and direct conversation, challenge ideas and provide support for your client group in

  • o Having a good understanding of Dynatrace business drivers and cultural/organizational dynamics to provide organizational and people related strategy recommendations

  • Reviewing and analyzing business unit data to identify trends, recommend solutions to business challenges, improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

  • Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition to identify and attract top talent; identify opportunities for internal talent mobility.

  • Proactively identifying training and development needs for individuals and teams and executing training and education for career development.

  • Supporting your client group in compensation and benefits topics in close relationship with the Total Rewards team

  • Collaborate closely with other HRBP business partners to exchange best practices and ensure we are consistently delivering best-in-class service to our clients.

  • Being part and executing People & Cultura Programs and Projects

What will help you succeed

  • Demonstrable HR experience, eg. People Operations, Talent Acquisition, etc.

  • Understanding of, and experience with, core aspects of Human Resource Management

  • Proven ability to influence decision making; courage to make tough decisions.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations; highly adaptable.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Possess a strong work ethic; self-motivated with a desire to take initiative and look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies; have a strong sense of urgency.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in managing through multiple priorities with overlapping tasks across multiple businesses.

  • Team-oriented attitude balanced with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation and rewards  

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. 

  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 50.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
