The Recruitment Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition Team across all areas of recruiting. This individual will work closely with multiple recruiters and provide high-level support for the talent acquisition process with an emphasis on providing an exceptional experience to candidates and internal stakeholders. This person will play an instrumental role in helping the Dynatrace achieve its annual hiring targets.
Manage interview scheduling and all logistics including assessments between candidates and recruiters, managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and as needed with external partners.
Assist recruiters with tracking candidates throughout the life cycle of the hiring process including create the job requisitions, maintain candidate status within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and close the job requisitions.
Initiate offer details in the ATS and track offer process by keeping all parties updated on status.
Ensure all required pre-hire activities are scheduled and completed to ensure a timely start date and new hire processing and any related issues escalated accordingly.
Monitor and communicate with candidates that have not been selected for the role; and,
Coordinate and manage administration activities for career events.
We are seeking candidates with experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably with in Talent Acquisition or HR. Additional requirements include:
High proficiency in MS Office suite of products required including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of modern HR systems - UltiPro and SmartRecruiters preferred.
Excellent communication skills required both written and verbal.
Demonstrated track record of being detailed and proactive to solve problems; and,
Demonstrated ability to be empathetic; specifically, as it relates to the candidate experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
