About the role 
You will develop and implement employer branding/marketing strategies and programs that tell the story of what it is like to work at Dynatrace internally and externally. You need to have a strong sense of ownership, insist on the highest standards, keep ambitious timelines, and be curious constantly. This role requires a passion for branding, and a curiosity about how jobseekers look for their next career step. You should have a holistic understanding of how voice and tone are essential to communications and brand perception overall. You are a conscientious project manager, and yet hands on—from agency screening, to project planning, to partnership negotiations, or university event organization. You are an experienced project manager who can wear many hats, and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty on just about any project.

Our job is to bring the unique experience of working for Dynatrace to life via external communications across our recruitment marketing channels, internally to all of our employees, throughout the entire candidate/employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Creating, planning, and executing employer branding projects and campaigns for different R&D locations to enhance the Dynatrace R&D employer brand. 

  • Scaling and monitoring inbound online traffic. 

  • Conducting constant market research and benchmarking with competition. 

  • Organizing and taking care of trade shows, conference presence, and industry event planning (external and internal). 

  • Managing cooperation with contractors, partners, universities and other external stakeholders. 

Your skills & experience: 

  • 5+ years experience as an employer branding specialist, full-stack marketing specialist, or marketing specialist. 

  • Hands-on professional experience in online and offline marketing. 

  • Experience in managing multiple small to large scale (3-5+) concurrent projects. 

  • Experience in developing strategies and goals and owning ongoing communication with stakeholders for alignment and updates. 

  • Experience in using data, reporting, and/or tools to measure performance and adjust accordingly. 

  • Critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills. 

  • Experience in (international) project management. 

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. German is a plus. 

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 43,350 gross per year based on full-time employment (38,5 hours/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and to keep our Dynatracers safe, we adapted to a hybrid working model (partly Home Office, partly at the Office). In the Post-Covid 19 reality, there will be the option to choose between a hybrid (mix of Remote Work and at the Office Work) or full onsite (at the office) working model.
