Customer Success Intern
Your role at Dynatrace
We are looking for a Business Student with junior or senior level standing to join us this summer on our Dynatrace ONE team. This is a full-time, paid internship.
Collaborate with senior members of the team on customer success and renewal activities for Dynatrace customers
Contribute to any existing and/or future project initiatives
Analyze and research certain dynamics of our existing customer base to help discover existing trends
Support the Customer Success team by identifying different challenges and researching solutions
Work with members of the team to help create customer outreach campaigns that will drive further adoption of the Dynatrace platform
Review existing processes with the goal of helping to improve where possible
The Customer Success Intern will partner with Customer Success Managers, Leadership, and other Dynatrace ONE team members and will gain hands-on industry experience in the field of Software and Customer Success.
What will help you succeed
Education: Currently working towards a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Local to Denver or Detroit and able to come to the office 3 days a week.
Work experience: 0-1 Years.
Considering a career in the business side of software and technology
Ability to identify different challenges and think creatively to work towards a solution
Strong analytical skills
Familiar with one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Sharepoint
Familiarity with different cloud technologies and Software as a Service (SaaS)
Passionate about learning new solutions and technology
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
