The Sourcing Team is a newly established pillar within our R&D Talent Organization and a critical success factor to shape the future of Dynatrace. We are looking for a motivated Senior Talent Sourcer with leadership skills and drive to join our growing global Team!

As a Global Talent Acquisition Sourcing Lead, you will  further grow our team of talent sourcers and design and implement scalable sourcing strategies that directly impact the flow of global talent across Dynatrace.

In this role you build effective relationships with leaders across the business, demonstrate your ability to innovate, and empower your team to develop meaningful sourcing strategies to ultimately hire the best talent for Dynatrace.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow our talent sourcing team  (full time and contract) to support our recruiting organization

  • Unify the sourcing function and process- to support the R&D Talent organization

  • Build and execute strategies to identify and develop diverse pipelines of candidates by collaborating with our Recruiters and hiring managers, to critically assess talent markets.

  • Create and maintain measurements to build a regular reporting framework around output and impact of sourcing methods for stakeholders across the organization

  • As part of the sourcing team, ensure a continuous flow of candidates that meets and contributes to Dynatrace’s growth goals

  • Partner closely with Employer Branding to ensure up to date content to leverage for sourcing campaigns

  • Regularly assess sourcing tools to ensure an optimal tool stack to identify highly qualified, diverse prospective candidates

  • Educate and empower your team through guidance, mentorship, and career development


  • 5+ years’ experience as Sourcer and/or Team Lead, ideally in a large global organization supporting varied teams and functions, preferably IT /Software

  • Experience in growing/leading a sourcing team or experience in project management, e.g., setting up processes & structures, create and measure success factors, delegating tasks, etc. are highly appreciated

  • Good analytical thinking and solid understanding of competitive intelligence/strategy fundamentals

  • Process-oriented, always looking for ways to utilize technology to its fullest extent and focusing on efficiencies / areas of improvement.

  • Strong team player with a high sense of urgency and motivation to see the team succeed

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 53,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
