In this position you will orchestrate the planning and implementation of large features across multiple agile software engineering teams working in sprints on the continuous development of our core product.

Dynatrace is the global market leader in Application Performance Management. We also support our customers with Infrastructure and Digital Experience monitoring and enable Self-Driving IT through monitoring based on artificial intelligence.  

In a team of Agile Program Managers, you work closely with product managers, lead product engineers, architects, UX teams and Agile Coaches maintaining agile values and principles within a fast-growing R&D organization

Your role

  • As Agile Program Manager, you will orchestrate the collaboration of product management and engineering for a customer facing solution including its associated open source projects

  • You will foster the creation and predictable execution of the roadmap with special attention to internal and external dependencies

  • You will support and enable velocity considering team growth in a strategic solution expected to double in team size over the next 12 months-goal 100 people

  • You are part of the solution leadership team and ensure that you always have up-to-date data to report to higher management and facilitate decision-making

  • Together with Agile Coaches, you will roll out and scale agile methods and principles throughout the organization as well as continuously optimize them..


  • Several years of professional experience as an agile project/program manager, as a delivery manager/release train engineer or agile coach/scrum master working with distributed teams (international experience is a plus point)

  • Experience as a software engineer, so you can better understand our topics - especially challenges in CD pipelines

  • Living and breathing a DevOps culture and experience in the field is preferred

  • Customer-first mindset with a good understanding of how to coordinate tasks in large development teams while ensure customer value and a high quality 

  • Organizational talent and structured working style

  • Strong communication skills, experience running workshops using various techniques depending on the problem at hand and fun working with people

  • Moderate willingness to travel (max. 20%)

  • Excellent English skills

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
