Job Description

  • As the Onboarding Trainer for the Digital Business Insights team you will be responsible for all techncial onboarding training tasks including facilitation, coordination and material maintenance related to onboarding.

  • The ideal candidate is a high-energy, driven individual, with excellent communication skills as well as training experience in an official capacity, preferably technical training, who appreciates working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


  • Have been part of a training or enablement team before

  • Your training background consists of training on technical concepts

  • You have previous experience working for a SaaS organization

  • You’re a quick study with the ability to learn new material/concepts

  • Can communicate to a group with a wide range of technical acumen

  • Have a willingness to continue learning

  • You have experience working with and supporting global teams

  • You are open to being a part of a team that is constantly evolving

  • You never settle for the status quo and always seek for ways to do things better

Additional Information

  • Onboarding: Administer onboarding classes/activities for new hires

  • Onboarding: Create and maintain materials/instruction

  • Assist the Training train team with other related tasks related to:

  • Ongoing enablement

  • Materials/activities

  • Measurement/tracking

  • Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the enablement process
