Program Manager, Marketing Analytics & Operations (Hybrid, Waltham)

We’re seeking a Program Manager to join our global marketing analytics and operations team. This person will play a key role on our team in developing the strategy and goals of the marketing analytics and operations team as well as driving the successful execution and launch of these initiatives. Your ability to communicate concise and accurate requirements for projects will set you up for success as you collaborate enterprise-wide to manage internal partner deliverables as well as maintain relationships with third-party agencies and vendors.
In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively managing the process by which projects, including large-scale campaigns, reporting requests, integration requests, technical projects, and data inquiries, are planned, prioritized and will be accountable for project completion. The successful candidate will drive the projects and ensure they're planned ensure all projects are planned and accounted for and raise risk concerns when needed. This role requires the ability to flex across a strong project management capability, as well as utilize overarching strategic program management skills, balancing operational efficiency with the quality and impact of the work output. More broadly, this person will track all projects and ensure deliverable deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the execution of critical operations and analytics goals and programs end-to-end by empowering cross-functional teams using strong project management capabilities.
Collaborate with the responsible teams by planning and prioritizing work, reviewing, and providing concise direction, and maintaining clear communications with team members and partners.
Review key milestones with managers and partners, as well as troubleshoot medium to major roadblocks and delays autonomously.
Provide up-to-date visibility into current projects, ongoing status updates, and resource utilization across the analytics & operations team.
Understand the analytics & operations process and apply this knowledge for problem-solving, proactively identifying and sharing process improvements and efficiencies.
Build relationships and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, while thinking critically to build timelines.
Serve as the go-to liaison for the organization’s cross-functional teams.
Balance constraints such as dependencies, change requests, and off-process requests for multiple ongoing projects.
Prioritize competing stakeholder requests and internal deliverables in a complex, fast-paced environment.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years’ experience in a Project or Program Management role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Requirements
Advanced experience using project management software. Experience with Asana a plus
Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize projects based on business needs and resource availability.
Experience in leading technologically advanced initiatives.
Demonstrated track record successfully managing ambitious and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with comfort level presenting to business owners and senior management.
Experience with and understanding of complex product-driven organizations.
Incredibly detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
An adamant note taker/documenter.
Agency experience or experience working within a marketing operations team
Working knowledge of marketing analytics and operations technologies such as Marketo, Salesforce and Tableau.
Experience working with global teams across numerous time zones.
Knowledge of digital marketing (data capture, data flow, campaign execution, and campaign analysis) and B2B sales lifecycle (lead generation, lead qualification, pipeline creation and purchase)
Experience working for a B2B tech company.
