Global Program Manager, Customer Onboarding and Nurture

Your role at Dynatrace

As a Global Program Manager focusing on driving digital and team-based programs for onboarding, nurture, and risk, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the Dynatrace Platform for our customers. You’ll develop and execute campaigns, programs, and processes to enhance user adoption, engagement, and retention. In this role, you’ll partner and align with our cross-functional business teams to understand Dynatrace Platform strategy. The ideal candidate has experience developing and implementing these programs in the SaaS industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize onboarding, nurture, and risk programs that drive user engagement, product consumption, and retention.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders from the Customer Success, GTM Enablement, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment of program objectives with overall business goals.

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of programs from conceptualization and launch to ongoing administration, maintenance, and optimization.

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points, leveraging insights to inform program development and enhancement.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor program performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement, implementing iterative adjustments as needed.

  • Ideate and implement innovative strategies to enhance program effectiveness, including the integration of new technologies, methodologies, Dynatrace Platform changes, and best practices.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on program performance, presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement.

What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Minium of 5+ years in program management, marketing, or related roles within the SaaS industry.

Preferred Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and dynamics.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing onboarding, nurture, and risk based campaigns.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Why you will love being a Dynatracer

DOE, annual salary is $120,000 - $145,000 plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
