Manager Software Engineering (m/f/x) Kubernetes Operators
Your role at Dynatrace
Lead, coach and further grow selected engineering teams (up to 20 Dynatracers)
Identify talent and provide career guidance to team members
Strongly collaborate with the responsible Team Captains, provide mentoring and coaching
Learn from Directors Software Development and take over more responsibilities step by step
Ensure performance and alignment of your teams
Take over leadership tasks such as career development, promotions, and compensation planning
Support Directors Software Development in growth planning and hiring
Identifies and drives organizational change initiatives
What will help you succeed
3+ years of experience in building and leading a successful software team (or similar)
Demonstrate passion for leading through coaching and mentoring
Ability to actively shape and drive change initiatives
Understanding of Kubernetes Operator is a plus
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to break down, communicate and implement high level strategies to your area of responsibility

Compensation and rewards
We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 70,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
