Senior Director/VP - Solution Lead for Digital Experience

Job Description

Digital experience monitoring is part of our all-in-one platform, connecting web and mobile apps with the user perspective and all backend and cloud systems to understand the impact on user experience and business outcomes. 
Dynatrace provides actionable answers to improve the experience of millions of users. Real user and synthetic monitoring combined with 4k movie-like session replay, provide application optimization, enhanced customer experience and superior customer support across all digital channels. 

Your role 

  • Lead the digital experience solution as one of the key modules of our software intelligence platform 

  • Accountable for meeting solution goals and KPIs (e.g. ARR, Growth, Delivery) 

  • Owning the product roadmap including creating a vision and defining a strategy of product, business growth, go-to-market, user experience, architecture, program management to build and deliver the leading Digital Experience Solution on the market. 

  • Lead with domain knowledge, vision, and be the evangelist in front of customers, work with the field team and internal early adopters, know and live what you build, at largest scales for the Fortune 15000 enterprises - and you know that best experience, not just features matter  

  • Staff the solution leadership team and develop and execute on a hiring plan for various additional roles within the solution, strongly collaborating with internal stakeholders. 

  • Ensure proper prioritization on strategic items with strong focus on operating in 3–36-month window, able to leverage complete platform capabilities, and enable the business side to generate insights into key leading indicators. 

  • Report on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to various stakeholders across Executive Team, Board, Product Leads, Sales etc. 

  • Assure fast adaptation, stickiness, and further development by working closely with post sales teams and provide constructive feedback to product management 

  • Represent the company and the solution in Webinars, Shows, Conferences, Analyst Briefings etc. 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in software/technology industry (SaaS), with 5+ years in a leadership function 

  • Strong understanding of technology platforms, ideally enterprise software, cloud, and SaaS solutions, with focus on end user and digital experiences 

  • Ideally prior domain experience in digital experience monitoring and analysis 

  • Ability to tie strategy, business, product, and go-to-market areas to plan and drive solution execution, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders 

  • Experience in working in larger scale organizations/projects of hundreds of people and ability to lead in a hypergrowth setup 

  • Entrepreneurial and growth mindset, complemented with seasoned experience in working with global enterprise customers 

  • Lead by excellence, not just manage, and execute successfully in an agile team setup.
