Field Marketing Manager - North EMEA - Fixed Term Contract

Fixed Term Contract; May to August 2024

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you‘ll run demand gen programs and activities to drive pipeline and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Field Marketing, you’ll work closely with the local Sales team and your peers across the EMEA and corporate Marketing team. 

Within the FTC timeframe you will spearhead our event execution for the region, this will include participation in local conferences, hosted industry events, workshops and executive engagements. The role will work closely with sales and marketing leadership to determine critical events, handle campaign and attendance management from start to finish, as well as measure and prove return on investment (ROI). Additionally, this role is responsible for driving and leveraging customer advocacy across the marketing mix.

  • Collaborate with the regional GTM leaders to develop and agree the event and tactics for the region, ensuring alignment and prioritization of activities to support revenue and growth targets.

  • Partner with the EMEA Marketing, Sales, SE and Customer Success teams to deliver local language webinars and events - often in conjunction with customer speakers - working across annual flagship events to smaller local workshops. This includes working on the content of said events and webinars  

  • Strategize, build, and execute integrated campaigns to drive engagement pre- and post-event  

  • Work with the broader marketing organisation to deliver events strategies across a suite of channels and tactics (ex. Web, Email/Marketing Automation, Paid Digital, Social, Events, ABM, Through-Sales, etc.)  

  • Develop close relationships and collaborate with account executives across the sales and sales development organisation that help drive business impact and net-new pipeline

  • Experience in building and executing integrated campaigns across multiple marketing tactics and platforms across new logo account base (working in ABM is a plus).

  • A track record of partnering with sales to build pipeline and drive bottom line results

  • Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting

  • Track and report on various aspects of campaign effectiveness indexing on Qualified Sales opportunities

  • Strong execution capability with highest standards in driving results

  • Experience working within a matrix environment to drive program creation and success.

  • Understanding of integrated marketing and the entire marketing mix

  • Highly strategic, consultative player who can plan (think) and execute (do)

  • Ability to think outside of the box and innovate the art of marketing

  • Proven track record managing multiple priorities with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to articulate and present plans teams and confidence in communicating with senior level sales
