Job Description
The Detroit office is the epicenter for Dynatrace Customer Services. The R&D team in Detroit focuses on “Account Experience”. Account Experience is a combination of platforms, tools, and services to deliver an unrivaled, world-class customer lifecycle experience. The software services developed in Account Experience range from the Dynatrace product administration portal to customer intelligence tools, to various communication and support functions. With these digital services we get deep insights into the customer journey enabling us to offer proactive support and services, identify new business opportunities, drive operational excellence, and ultimately ensure customer success.
Your Role:
With your team, you will own the end-to-end development and continuous improvement on one of the various apps within the Account Experience platform
Work with full stack technologies like TypeScript, JavaScript, Amazon Web Services and more
Contribute good quality code across the stack while owning your own testing and CI/CD
Utilize your knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and creativity across all apps and platforms in Detroit
Work within a Scaled Agile environment and continuously win sprint over sprint
Be a part of a highly knowledgeable, technical, and global R&D team
Qualifications
5+ years of experience designing and building full stack TypeScript applications
Demonstrable full stack development experience with React & NodeJS
Knowledge of multiple modern computer languages and frameworks with an understanding of using the right technology for the right purpose
Experience with Cloud Environments, CI/CD and deploying your own code
Understanding of writing testable code and driven by best practices
Agile development process knowledge/experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
