Your role at Dynatrace
As the Analyst Relations Senior Manager at Dynatrace, you’ll be responsible for the strategic engagement of industry analysts focusing on Dynatrace key capabilities, including Observability, DevOps, Application Security, Infrastructure Monitoring, Digital Experience, and AIOps. You’ll work with the VP of Communications, Content, and Industry and the Director of Analyst Relations to develop and execute influential global analyst relations activities that align with Dynatrace chief business priorities. Drawing on your experience, you’ll effectively communicate Dynatrace value to leading industry analysts from firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
We’re looking for an experienced individual who is naturally curious, proactive, collaborative, creative, detail-oriented, and conscientious.
Primary Roles/Responsibilities:
Expand and strengthen Dynatrace relationships with top analysts and influencers
Organize, prepare, schedule, and execute analyst interactions in coordination with company executives, subject matter experts, and other spokespeople to drive awareness of the Dynatrace platform and understanding of market differentiators and value propositions
Find opportunities for participation and guide Dynatrace to successful results in analyst research, such as Gartner Magic Quadrants and Forrester Waves
Identify analyst insights to ensure that key stakeholders understand meaningful market trends and opportunities
Monitor research agendas and events to ensure Dynatrace is engaging the right influencers at the right times
Track and prepare program metrics
Seek out and assess opportunities to partner with analyst firms on webinars, sponsored content, and other projects to further marketing goals and manage these projects to completion
Collaborate with Customer Advocacy to amplify customer success stories and assist with driving review site program success
What will help you succeed
4+ years of experience working in analyst relations, corporate communications, product marketing, product management, or competitive intelligence at a B2 software company
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and work experience
Excellent interpersonal, prioritization, project management, and verbal and written communications skills
Ability to effectively communicate project status, issues, and results
Familiarity with and interest in software technology trends and markets
Experience working directly with analyst firms. Experience with analyst relations software is a plus
