What we are looking for
We are looking for talent that has recently graduated, and/or spent up to a year gaining entry level work experience in the IT industry, to join our paid virtual training program. Entry dates are flexible, as we run the program multiple times a year.
After the 14-week training program you will join our team within the Dynatrace One department as a Product Specialist. As part of our team, you will use your product and industry expertise to accelerate product adoption, drive user satisfaction, and provide strategic consulting to our customers. This is done primarily through providing in-product assistance (chat), customized coaching sessions, and product onboarding. You will be the voice of our product as well as have the chance to provide the voice of the customer to our product management and Dynatrace leadership teams.
Perform customer environment health checks of product installation, deployment, configuration, usage, and adoption. Provide recommendations to improve value realization of Dynatrace.
Track and document customer touchpoints and engagements.
Respond to product inquiries and aid multiple customers via chat (primary), email, web conference, and phone.
Provide customers “micro consulting” engagements with their deployment, configuration, problem triage, and troubleshooting of Dynatrace’s software intelligence platform to get the most value and return on their Dynatrace investment.
Identify potential growth and retention opportunities within customer chat conversations and coaching sessions
Occasional weekend chat coverage to ensure continuity in delivering excellent customer experience
Collaborate with other teams (Customer Success, Sales, Services, Technical Support, Renewals, and Product Management) to align on key processes and ensure excellent customer experience is being delivered.

How we prepare you
Our Professional Development Program (PDP) is an intensive 14-week training designed to educate and empower you. It will enable you to develop the necessary skills to engage with our clients with confidence as product specialist.
PDP provides you with a strong foundation of communication and presentation skills, consulting methodologies, technology (Dynatrace, and the ecosystems it monitors and interacts with, including automation) on which to build a career with us – many of our leaders started their career at PDP.
You will be joining a team of 10-18 other students from around the world to learn from our industry experts. Our instructors are there to teach, coach and ensure your success throughout your program.
You will be assigned a personal mentor from your future team, who will provide additional support and local advice.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline.
Mastery of local language, written and spoken (additional languages are a plus!).
Eligible to work in job location.
Charismatic communicator (presentation skills are a plus!).
An understanding of commonly used web & enterprise application technology stacks, databases, and networks (containers, automation and cloud technologies are a plus!).

Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 annual salary plus benefits
