In this role, you will be the solution owner responsible for driving adoption, value, and insights from the Highspot revenue enablement platform for Dynatrace. You will empower the field to elevate customer conversations that drive strategic growth by providing customer-facing teams with the right content, knowledge, process, and tools to maximize impact.
Your role at Dynatrace
The Highspot Solution Owner will also enable product and marketing teams to promote and optimize effective content for the customer-facing teams to utilize.
Your success will be measured by the overall adoption and utilization of the platform, instilling sound content governance across the organization, general administration to ensure strong and consistent platform health, training and evangelism, incorporating and distilling feedback from key stakeholders, and analyzing platform metrics to derive valuable business insights.
We are looking for someone to:
Implement, design, update, maintain and measure the Highspot platform
Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams to prioritize, manage, and maintain relevant internal and customer-facing content and learning materials
Drive Highspot as a strategic component for supporting ongoing GTM programs
Continually reinforce Highspot product knowledge and techniques for successful selling via training and evangelism
Help content owners (e.g. PMM) simplify content management processes by sharing best practices, Highspot product knowledge, and upholding good content governance by driving accountability and buy-in across teams
Develop easily digestible multimedia content tailored to stakeholder needs to ensure engaging learning experiences and content that is aligned with market positioning and messaging
Help prepare and deliver Highspot Business Reviews to executive leadership and other stakeholders
Utilize field feedback and information gained through platform to execute on continuous improvements and inform business-level decision making
Ensure enablement roadmap leverages functionality where appropriate, such as Sales Plays, templates, and SmartPages to prepare the sellers for customer conversations
Create standard procedures and documentation with use cases and best practices.

Experience implementing sales enablement technology (Training tools, LMS, and/or Content Management systems such as Highspot, Showpad, Seismic, MindTickle etc.)
Experience in enablement fields (e.g. sales enablement, partner enablement, marketing enablement) and/or customer success is a strong plus to understand big picture strategy, connect the dots, and provide strategic advice to key stakeholders
Strong understanding of the content creation, management, and distribution process.
Effective collaborator and team player, able to inspire broad set of key contributors to work in partnership without direct authority.
Experience planning, evaluating, and executing plans from ideation to completion with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Willingness to embrace a growth mindset, experiment, and be curious to learn new things.
Proven abilities to demonstrate versatility and juggle different projects, timelines and effectively drive change management.
Ability to lead and drive innovation from concept to execution.
Clear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
