Global HR Change and Transformation Manager

Your role at Dynatrace

Dynatrace is searching a for an experienced HR Change and Transformation Manager to support our global team through its ambitious Change roadmap to ensure successful execution of our projects. 

We are flexible on location for this position, remote working options are consider with an expectation to travel to our EMEA locations quarterly. 


Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities

  • Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

  • Manage stakeholders

  • Track and report issues

  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Design and support communications

  • Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.

  • Write, edit, build SharePoint information and videos, listen, gather feedback and answer questions.

  • Create actionable deliverables for the change management plans (e.g., sponsor plan, communications plan, and training Plan)

Assess change impacts

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics

  • Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance

Support training efforts

  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.

  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists

What will help you succeed

Preferred requirements:

  • A solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools to lead people through change.

  • Experience on delivering HCM change projects is highly desirable 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent active listening skills

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and levels of leadership

  • Ability to build strong partnerships and maintain strong relationships

  • Ability to influence others, resolve issues and move toward a common vision or goal

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere

  • Forward looking with a holistic and strategic mindset

  • Organized and strong attention to detail

  • Work collaboratively and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

  • Experience in enterprise organizational change efforts, project management approaches, tools and phases of project lifecycle.
