Job Description

We are looking for recent graduates to join an intensive (paid) virtual training program that runs throughout the year, after which you will join our team as delivery consultant for our top clients 

How we prepare you:

  • Our Professional Development Program (PDP) is an intensive 14 week developmental training program to ensure that you have both the soft and hard skills to hit the ground running with our clients as a Software Consultant.

  • Our program provides you with a strong foundation of consulting methodologies, personal brand development, Dynatrace technology and client strategy on which to build a career with us.

  • You will be training with 10-12 other students that come from around the world to learn from our industry leading experts.


  • Mastery of local language (additional languages is a plus!)

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline

  • Good understanding of distributed applications, web & enterprise applications

  • Excellent organizational/time management skills

  • Strong interpersonal communication & presentation skills

  • A passion for technology and continous learning

  • Willingness to travel and/or relocate to client locations

Additional Information

Key Activities:

  • Monitor client’s critical application performance & availability Summarize & review performance trends in operations status meetings

  • Assist client staff in troubleshooting & root-cause diagnosis of performance issues

  • Maintain & enhance dashboards & reports to meet requirements of IT & business users On-board additional applications for monitoring Provide services, such as training and coaching, that maintain and grow the adoption of the solution
