Enterprise Program Managers are responsible for ensuring the success adoption of large Dynatrace customers. The primary role is to accelerate the deployment of Dynatrace software, while helping to maintain an organized and smooth Dynatrace adoption.
Enterprise Program Managers work directly with our client teams’ Project Managers as well as Dynatrace Services Consultants and Architects, Dynatrace One, Product Management and Dynatrace sales teams. Successful Enterprise Program Managers will have a solid technical background as a certified Dynatrace professional as well as project management experience with large enterprise deployments and initiatives. The ability to bridge discussions between business and IT team members is critical to this role’s success
A certified Dynatrace Professional with a minimum 3+ years APM experience.
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration with a focus on IT
Ability to provide customers with clear detailed leadership on implementation and adoption strategies
Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team of technical resources to successful engagements in challenging environments
Confidence in leading organizationally challenging engagements to meet required outcomes Solid presentation and writing skills and experience with creating professional reports and presentations
Project Management experience including planning, issue tracking, risk mitigation
Cloud, application development and DevOps related experience
Ability to demonstrate solid understanding of Dynatrace technology, Services offerings, and Enterprise software deployments in discussion with clients
Program/Project Management training, experience, and certification
