Quote to Cash Transformation Specialist

The Quote to Cash Transformation Specialist will play a major role in the evolution, knowledge, and enablement of standard operating procedures for the Revenue Operations function. This person will work with the Quote to Cash Operations Lead to define standard operating procedures, operating cadence, KPI’s, and train functional teams across the globe on processes. The role will partner cross-functionally with the Global Revenue Operations team to define process and system transformation initiatives. Collaborate regularly with Business Systems, Sales Operations and Partner Programs.

Your role at Dynatrace

  • Support the Revenue Business Operations lead with planning, execution, and management of project deliverables and minimizing risks.

  • Build and maintain relationships with regional stakeholders, analyzing and understanding business requirements, business processes, functional requirements, cross-functional needs, and system capabilities.

  • Maintain the Revenue Operations team’s standard operating procedures (SOPs), and partner with the team to measure and manage operational KPIs.

  • Assist with building new trainings as part of the Quote to Cash process.

  • Supporting best practices for Quote to Order workflow with Salesforce CPQ, support projects to advance automation of process.

  • Project Management Experience to help drive transformation programs.

  • Process oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of the organization which is also geographically dispersed

  • Understanding of user acceptance testing protocols and methodologies.

What will help you succeed

  • Quote to Cash experience, including understanding of the following topics/processes: products, pricing, discounting, quoting, booking, order acceptance, order fulfillment, service contracts, billing, amendments, renewals, etc.

  • Preferred experience with Salesforce, CPQ, Microsoft Word, and Excel

  • Project Management skills required.

  • Experience in requirements maintaining developing SOPs and delivering training for various groups.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Bachelor’s degree or Equal Work experience in Business and Finance.
