Technical Writer for Log Monitoring (m/f/x)
Your role at Dynatrace
Are you technically proficient? Do you enjoy writing and can explain complex concepts in simple words? Can you understand software developers and channel their knowledge to users? Then this work is for you!
As a Technical Writer for Log Monitoring you’ll own public documentation for Log Monitoring and work as member of the development team o deliver those docs.
You’ll create concise product explanations that non-technical users can easily grasp.
You’ll use a markdown-based static site system to deliver the content.
You’ll be the first adopter of Log Monitoring features Dynatrace.
You’ll use your technical knowledge to navigate and document complex use cases.
You’ll be a user advocate by serving as a proxy between the users and the product development.
You’ll help to shape the functionality by stepping in from early stages of development.
What will help you succeed
Ability to learn quickly and drive to learn constantly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb level of English.
Ability to produce clear, precise, and conversational copy for the web.
Creative ability to turn technical information into compelling stories.
Experience in creating user and developer-oriented documentation for software.
Experience in communicating effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
Experience with Agile software development.
Basic knowledge of Markdown, Git, Jira, and PowerShell.
Knowledge of cloud technologies is beneficial.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 40,600 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
