We are searching for a NetSuite Administrator to support our growing business and advance the value and benefits of information intelligence across our business applications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global NetSuite and HR business application (UKG and SmartRecruiters is a plus) across the organization by resolving production support tickets, treating logged issues, managing users and coordinating escalations as necessary.

  • Perform NetSuite support across all processes related to the deployment of work within various application workstreams – including Fixed Assets, AP, AR, GL, Record to Report, Hire to Retire

  • Providing front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite, HR apps, and data maintenance

  • Planning, reviewing and customizing NetSuite as needed to meet needs of staff

  • Maintain user roles and system access working along with HR for onboarding/offboarding

  • Play a lead role in User Access Review

  • Assist with quarterly audits

  • Perform tasks as needed to monitor corporate adherence to standard processes and compliance with corporate policies – including SOX controls

  • Provide quality assurance testing of business enhancements and reports on as needed basis.

  • Document knowledge base articles and system process flows

  • Mentor and lead junior level admins.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree or in process of bachelors degree preferred

  • 3 years of experience delivering NetSuite application technical services

  • 3 years of experience delivering HR application technical services (UKG and SmartRecruiters is a plus)

  • Experience monitoring SOX controls

  • Ambitious, highly motivated team player committed to delivering outstanding customer support aligned with Business Systems initiatives.

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence

  • Experience with data management with focus on attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across the organization with users at various levels of application proficiency

  • Ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks at the same time.
