Are you looking for an influential role on a great team? The Business Systems organization at Dynatrace is responsible for Sales, Finance, HR, and Customer Experience SaaS apps, Application Integrations and Business Intelligence. This close-knit team of Salesforce Business Relationship Managers, Developers, Architects and Administrators collaborate to design and build scalable solutions that support Dynatrace strategic objectives and improve productivity across the entire organization.

As a Salesforce Solution Architect focused on our Lead to Opportunity process, you will use your business operations and Salesforce technology experience to optimize architectural design, provide strategic consulting to our development team, and optimize Salesforce business user experience. You will partner with a cross-functional team including Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams to define and translate business requirements into enterprise business solutions.  You will support business strategy initiatives, through requirements and process design, technical solution design and development. This lead-to-opportunity process role will give you a unique opportunity to influence innovation, technology, and transformation for business operations while providing hands-on development and expert-level mentoring.

Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with business analysts and business owners you will be a technical expert and business process influencer, develop an understanding of the business operations, documenting requirements, process flows, technical objects, and release step details (change controls, data migrations, and step-by-step order of operations) as well as configuration and solution design.

  • Identify, recommend, and deliver value-add solutions, tracking development progress and approving changes to ensure they have successfully passed testing across all environments.

  • Provide Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ system expertise related to solution design, data, integrations, performance analysis, security, and analytics

  • Ensure strict adherence to SDLC principles aligned with DevOps methodology, security, and compliance

  • Participate and influence agile cadence improvements, sprint planning, story estimation, solution and technical documentation as well as release process and execution.

  • Act as team mentor; lead peer solution design sessions, team-based proof of concepts and product demonstrations.

  • Continuously assess current application solution stack; research, identify, test, certify and select new technologies that enhance automation, streamline internal operations and improve the end-user experience.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of technical experience working with Salesforce.com product suite.  Previous experience with Salesforce, managed packages, integrations, and business analytics. Experience with Salesforce CPQ, CPQ Billing, and Financial Force, are a plus.

  • Experience with DevOps applications such as Copado Release Management and source control repositories is a plus

  • Experience implementing and managing Salesforce and related technology to support the Lead to Opportunity business processes (Marketing & Sales) in a SaaS-based technology organization

  • Proven Influencer skilled with the ability to lead by example, mentorship and gain trust within a large cross-organizational team.

  • Extensive Salesforce development technology experience required, with a preference for those who have worked with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Experience with Lightening, Flows, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Integrations a must. Salesforce certifications preferred, e.g. Salesforce Architect, Developer, Specialist or Consultant paths.

  • Deep understanding of security principles and experience with common standards such as ISO 27001, and compliance regulations such as Sarbanes Oxley and GDPR, . . Identity and Access Management Architect certification preferred.

  • Comfortable leading projects and engaging with senior-level stakeholders will be required.

  • Agile forward methodology, with the ability to transform business requirements into technical solutions and implement them independently or with other team members in a comprehensive and transparent nature.
