Dynatrace, the global leader in Software Intelligence, is looking for a CRM Senior Manager to join our dynamic and motivated Sales Operations team. We need a smart, roll-up your sleeves type of individual who is willing to go the extra mile to support our growing sales team in the following capacities:
Job Responsibilities
Manage team of Process and Capability Salesforce.com Leads within Global Sales Operations to ensure key deliverables are achieved in a timely manner
Build team structure to ensure a collaborative and efficient working model
Strategize end-state vision and implementation timeline for Salesforce capabilities to support Dynatrace’s rapid expansion
Align with Business Systems leadership to define, prioritize and plan necessary SFDC improvements which drive a future state scalable vision
Develop working model with other Sales facing teams (partner, finance, product, order management, Sales enablement, etc) to ensure effective partnerships across our organizations
Define best-in-class Sales focused processes built on SFDC functionalities that enable an effective multi-faceted SaaS business model
Lead and inspire team as they grow within their roles at Dynatrace, ensuring minimal attrition and maximum job satisfaction
Deliver increased Sales productivity through process, data and tool improvements while effectively communicating status and impact to senior leadership
Other activities and projects as they arise
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Minimum expectation of a Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent education/experience
10+ years Sales Operations CRM experience required, Salesforce.com platform preferred
Proven track record of leading organizations through significant software implementations
Experience managing a team with varied and complex responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SaaS specific software and process requirements
Management of CRM Sales Operations organization
Salesforce.com certification
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective and empathetic leadership style, and ability to guide all levels of the organization through a vision to execution
