Global Procurement Analyst
The Global Procurement Analyst will help to further develop a centralized procurement function as well as enhance our processes and internal controls. This role will be responsible for driving, implementing, and improving our procurement strategy. Candidates should be comfortable with gathering requirements, designing, implementing, and providing ongoing support of repeatable and scalable processes to drive our global Procurement strategy. This role will be a key participant in the onboarding/triage of our Source to Procure tool.

Demonstrated experience in Procure to Pay, Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Management modules.
Ability to deal well with ambiguity and handle multiple tasks in parallel.
Must have proven track record of participating in negotiations for all types of category spend
Possess the ability to facilitate working sessions with business stakeholder leads to define business requirements and design leading practice solutions.
Understanding of Sourcing and Procurement leading practices and the ability to communicate at a strategic and operational level.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with implementing and maintaining our contract lifecycle management solution
Creation of executive-level dashboards and reporting
Develop and support Global Procurement lifecycle activities
Develop and execute sourcing and negotiation strategies across all categories
Define category strategies and execute sourcing strategies in line with overall category strategy through analyzing external and internal analysis and total cost of ownership modeling
Document and share best practice methods, processes, policies, and ideas across the business functions; drive innovative thinking and process development throughout the organization
Mentors Procurement team members and leads cross-divisional teams
Facilitates interactions among Legal, Privacy, Security, Finance, and business owners to ensure risks, budgets and costs are appropriate and align with objectives and strategies of Dynatrace
Works with Legal to construct appropriate contract terms & conditions for all categories of indirect spend and contract templates
Create a supplier management program to monitor and track supplier performance using SLA’s & KPI’s
Manage sourcing and supplier engagement activities including RFx, spend pattern analysis, contract analysis, bid evaluation, negotiations, QBR’s, and supplier consolidation.
Participate in the implementation of supplier selection processes, supplier consolidation, and overall supplier performance metrics, using optimized spend analytics.
Provide fact-based insights based on qualitative and quantitative data sets to support recommendations
Lead strategic projects to drive best practices in sourcing, negotiation & supplier management
What will help you succeed
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree with at least 1-3 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement/Strategic Sourcing/Supplier Management/Procurement Technology
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to roll up your sleeves, collaborate and drive projects through to completion
Experience working at a Global level
Ability to work in a fast-scaling organization that has been growing +30% yr. over yr.
Proven track record leading utilizing data and metric-driven performance improvements.
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and implement the complete procurement process, system, and structure for excellence in a fast pace complex environment.
Enlist strong process and project management skills/ability to manage change
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; must be comfortable connecting with and communicating with individuals at all levels of an organization.
Basic understanding of NetSuite/ERP systems
Candidate must be local to Waltham, MA, This is a hybrid work schedule requiring 1-2 days per week in office.
