Your role at Dynatrace
In this role, you will be responsible for not only delivering a wide range of services directly to our customers, from deployment and training to long-term managed services but to ensure that all of ACE services can learn from your experience. Sharing best practices and lessons learned from the field as well as identifying and implementing service improvements ensure quality solutions for our customers.
Continue to be a good Services Citizen
Regular contributions to the Services Wiki and general APM forums/blogs/community
Develop original technical content
Address technical questions, issues. Provide expert guidance
Active and consistent contributor to the Services team calls – minimum twice a year
Active and consistent contributor to Services Special Initiatives – minimum once a year
Work with PDP
Act as a bridge between Services in the field and PDP
Update PDP leadership on needs in the field to be reflected in PDP training
Mentor PDP participants and graduates
What will help you succeed
Minimum 2 years Consultant experience or equivalent industry experience
2 years of demonstrated high customer satisfaction
Demonstrated and recognized expertise on Dynatrace and related industry knowledge: tracked and measured via regional and global team calls, collaboration/special projects, customer feedback, significant relevant and published accomplishments in customer accounts
APM Industry Associate Certification
Dynatrace Professional Certification
One other Product Associate or Industry Certification (e.g., Synthetic, AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, PMP)
The ability to lead and motivate teams
2+ years of Dynatrace Technology experience
Expertise must extend beyond product features and functions into best practices
Developed and shared best practices, use cases, knowledge items, etc
Developed a specialty in one area
Active Consumer and producer in the APM and Services Community
