Senior Manager, Business Systems Analysis (Remote, United States)

Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems Analysis who will be responsible for managing and leading the Go To Market (GTM) team within our newly formed BSA function. This individual will need to embody a “player/coach” mentality: balancing working and leading active projects as well as supporting and managing a team. This role is highly cross-functional and requires experience working across GTM functions (i.e Marketing through Customer Success/Support) with a focus in post-sales. In addition, this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities to drive team success. We are looking for someone that is a self-starter with an innate drive for people, process and technology optimization and someone who firmly recognizes success is a team effort.

Your role at Dynatrace

  • Oversee a GTM BSA team responsible for gathering business requirements, leading refinement and sprint planning, and engaging with business stakeholders.

  • Help encourage, support, and empower the GTM BSA team to succeed in our new working model(s).

  • Be aware of all active work within the team, including status, roadblocks, and timelines.

  • Create and maintain dashboards to more easily track work and progress.

  • Create materials and artifacts for new processes, decisions, and changes to ensure alignment and awareness across all functions. Encourage relentless documentation.

  • Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary, communicate changes to project team and stakeholders.

  • Help team members grow and evolve in their roles, supporting them through challenges and roadblocks, coaching them how to navigate through growth opportunities.

  • Continuously enable and partner with cross functional leaders on Business Systems engagement framework to ultimately protect and foster an effective, efficient scrum team dynamic.

  • Promote a culture of proactiveness over reactiveness, and progress over perfection.

  • Default to team-first mentality and recognize how critical a positive, engaged, united team is.


Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Waltham, MA/Boston, MA/Detroit, MI/Denver, CO/Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid out of our offices. 
Candidates must be willing to work EST hours. 

What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years managing and growing a team.

  • 8+ years in a global technology company working in a corporate IT setting.

  • 3+ years of Post-Sales experience (Customer Support, Customer Success, Services, Renewals).

  • Bachelors Degree.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proficiency with business systems analysis, requirements gathering.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive change management.

  • Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence.

  • High level of organization and attention to detail emphasizing process, completeness and accuracy.

  • Successfully implemented new technologies and/or replaced existing technologies.

  • Ability to unite a team around a common set of goals and a new working framework.

  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to tailor communications to the audience with the required cadence to ensure alignment.

DOE, salary $140K - $170K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
