We are searching for a Scrum Master to support our growing business and advance the value and benefits of information intelligence across our business applications.

Responsibilities

  • Guiding teams on Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality product and services.

  • Create a transparent environment that supports continuous improvement.

  • Training, mentoring, and supporting Scrum teams to follow Agile values, principles, and practices.

  • Tracking and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.

  • Scheduling and facilitating Scrum ceremonies like grooming, planning, and organizing team demos

  • Facilitate problem solving exercises and enable teams to reach consensus

  • Monitoring metrics and performance and helping teams to make improvements.

  • Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the Scrum team.

  • Tracking projects, deliverables and improving related processes

  • Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.

  • Certified Scrum master, SAFe preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience

  • Experience leading Salesforce product teams (NetSuite a plus)

  • Working knowledge of Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.

  • Well versed with leveraging Atlassian suite, JIRA and confluence.

  • Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
