Security Sales Specialist

Leveraging our rich, common data platform and AI capabilities, we have entered the cloud application security market. We are looking for an entrepreneurial senior sales specialist who understands how to leverage existing sales relationships across our top enterprise accounts and scale a rapidly growing business.

Your role at Dynatrace

Your future role within the team…

  • This is a Security Specialist Sales role. You will work in partnership with the general account teams for the territory, owning everything Dynatrace Security for the territory

  • You will be responsible for managing the expectations of the general account teams, partnering to build and execute focus account territory plans

  • You will be responsible for the customer sales cycle of Dynatrace Security, identifying and qualifying the opportunities, contacts, budget centres and both technical and commercial win criteria.

  • Reporting to a Regional Director for Security Sales you will be expected to own your own Operational Cycle and deliver an accurate monthly, quarterly forecast

What we expect of you

  • Motivated and tenacious self-starter who consistently delivers high performance against quota driven by VP- and C-level relationships 

  • A successful track record in security software and/or complex technology sales

  • Be able to demonstrate a commitment to new technology offers and be both coach & coachable

  • Proven ability to manage enterprise sales cycles within complex organisations

  • Outstanding communication (written and oral), negotiation and presentations skills 

  • Must be Fluent in English & German
