You are the first contact person for our employees (mostly software engineers) to enable their digital work life at our location in Klagenfurt.
Take over the initial triage of tickets, resolution, qualification and escalation of Incidents and Service Requests to Business Systems and Infrastructure specialists where necessary.
Be responsible for resolving client technology issues as well as executing local/regional projects as part of global programs such as the deployment of new client hardware and software technologies.
Installing and providing top-notch equipment (high-performance notebooks, Macbooks,...) for modern workplaces is what makes your inner nerd happy
Be responsible for digital collaboration tools and equipment, such as Microsoft Surface Hub
Evaluate the needs of our employees, identify potential for improvement and collaborate with other IT teams
Coordinate external IT service providers
Depending on your interests be part of several IT projects for various improvements or support IT training activities for our employees
Completed IT education and first practical experience
Knowledge in the Microsoft environment (Operating Systems, Office365, Active Directory, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot and accurately diagnose IT-related issues
Basic expertise in the infrastructure environment (network, etc.)
Fluent in English and German
ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus
Experience in Linux administration is a plus

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 40,600 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
