Graphic Designer for Employer Brand (m/f/x)

In a nutshell, the purpose of the Employer Branding team is to attract, hire and retain the best talent for Dynatrace throughout the entire candidate and employee journey. Our initiatives include partnerships and cooperation with local universities, social media management, brand awareness campaigns, SWAG design, R&D-wide celebrations and much more.  

Your design skills will contribute to the look & feel of our materials and driving the creative execution of new ideas. You will join a team of about 15 experts sitting across our European R&D labs in Austria, Poland and Spain, ensuring brand consistency throughout our exciting roadmap.

Job Description

  • Develop designs for a wide variety of use cases (including print, digital, SWAG, etc.). 

  • Layout applications of the global employer brand guidelines in different assets. 

  • Liaise with the R&D social media & comms colleagues to produce fresh, innovative and on-brand content across social platforms. 

  • Provide design support to our careers website, creating visuals such as promotional banners, display ads and blog imagery where necessary. 

  • Work with the global employer branding team to develop and implement design creatives, ensuring you effectively communicate the brand message to specific target audiences. 

  • Retouch images, varying from employee photos to campaign photography. 

  • Field ad hoc design requests from all areas of the Dynatrace R&D locations. 

  • Support in maintaining the brand identity, quality and guidelines of our employer brand. 

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Brand & Communications team. 


  • Strong (2+ years) professional experience in the areas of Graphic Design. 

  • Experience with print design in different color systems. 

  • Highly talented designer with the ability to step into the shoes of Developers. 

  • Expert level using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma and other common design tools.  

  • Solid knowledge of web design and UI. 

  • Experience with animations is an advantage. 

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, the curiosity to challenge status-quo and raise the bar in the field of employer branding. 

  • Proactive, communicative and outgoing personality - a real team player. 

  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 36,890 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
