Knowledge in z/OS ecosystem and subsystem components such as: JES, DFSMS, WLM, DB2, CICS, RACF, SMF, SMP/E, VSAM, IMS, and USS.
Proficient in use of systems tools and utilities such as JCL, TSO, SDSF, IDCAMS, SMF.
1+ years of related technical work experience (ex: development, support, etc.)
Exposure to Java, .NET Development, or other programming languages
Experience with software support and troubleshooting
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience
Open Telemetry Knowledge
Mainframe monitoring knowledge/experience
