Salesforce Business Analyst (Remote, United States)

As a Salesforce Business Analyst you will play a key role in the administration, configuration and testing of Salesforce.com and its offerings. You will implement and maintain Salesforce solutions that balance the business needs with the technical requirements ensuring end-user satisfaction and ease of integration with other enterprise systems. You will be mentored and supported with an excellent team of senior analysts, developers and architects.

Your role at Dynatrace

  • Analyze business requirements and work with other team members, document requirements and specifications, and collaborate with customers and other IT team members to develop innovative solutions

  • Specialize and build expertise with all salesforce user related solution portfolio - user record/role/permissions/profile/territory/assigned teams account team, opportunity team and sharing rules

  • Manage Jira agile kanban board of application backlog; maintenance requests, production bug fixes, and prioritized maintenance with a focus on excellent quality and  rapid delivery

  • Prepare and document  repeatable test scenarios (preparing for test automation)

  • Support senior team members with rapid delivery of "low-hanging-fruit"

  • Enhance and develop report types 

  • Own and maintain application integration users executing defined security policy and process

  • Prepare applicable process flow documentation

  • Work in an agile environment, utilizing Epics, Features and User Story method to scope out requirements with the Scrum team

  • Support and suggest enhancements Salesforce Shield and Event Logging

What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years experience with Salesforce Application Administration with a SaaS based business

  • HS Diploma or GED required

Preferred Requirements  

  • 1+ years experience working with Jira

  • Experience with Sales Cloud required.  Knowledge of CPQ, service cloud and managed packages preferred.

  • An understanding of security technology as well as business operations

  • Excellent aptitude to quickly understand requirements and provide applicable solution 

  • Excellent documentation skills with simple process flows

  • Minimum of SFDC Certified Administrator certification
