Gain experience working for a publicly traded SaaS Company in the dynamic Revenue Accounting team
Develop operational expertise in US GAAP revenue accounting with significant experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and application of project accounting
Technical Revenue Accounting experience will be coached and developed in addition to the operational experience gained above
Successful candidate demonstrates experience in project management, timeline development and achievement
Must have exceptional organization and communication skills
Experience with SalesForce.com, FinancialForce, and NetSuite is a plus
Prior ASC 606 experience preferred but not required
Primary responsibility will be to book and account for revenue transactions in the Company’s NetSuite ERP
Secondary responsibility will be to research, prepare and reconcile revenue transactions from SalesForce.com and FinancialForce to NetSuite
Implementation and maintenance of revenue recognition policy documentation and related internal control procedures
Monthly analysis of actual revenue vs. forecast
Must be a highly motivated individual with the ability to engage others
Must be eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment
Must have flexibility to travel for occasional meetings to Company’s Waltham’s office (estimated 10% travel)
