Sr. Marketing Manager, Customer Programs (Remote, United States)

If you are a marketing professional with a passion for creating high-value executive engagements, we have the job for you! Dynatrace has a newly created position to grow our strategic customer programs and build a world-class Executive Briefing Program. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to form a Discussion Leader Bureau, curate a Content Catalog, develop an end-to-end process to ensure success, and provide direction to ensure every agenda is customized to drive meaningful peer-to-peer conversations. This role requires a results-driven professional with experience driving programs with measurable results.
What You’ll Do:
Build and Scale an Executive Briefing Program: Design and launch a global Executive Briefing Program designed to host leaders from our most valued prospects, customers and partners.
Ignite Customer Engagement: Build a program that increases customer loyalty, uncovers new opportunities, and deepens executive relationships.
Increase Loyalty: Leverage best practices to enable our Executive Briefings to become a ‘Listening Post’ for Dynatrace. Through our Executive Briefings, we can garner customer insights to better understand their strategic priorities and build actionable plans for success.
Collaborate and Enable: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure executive engagement strategies are aligned with business priorities. Develop the process and operational rigor for the field and partner teams to request Executive Briefings and prioritize requests based on measured impact.
Measure and Share Impact: Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to measure effectiveness of Executive Briefings.
Feedback: Implement a feedback program to continually drive program improvements.

What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of experience in technology marketing, customer engagement, with a proven track record for building programs, processes, and measurement strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
Preferred Requirements:
Proficient in developing and delivering elevated executive customer engagement programs.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for improving productivity.
“Own it” personality and ability to drive process improvement and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Self-starter with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Ideate and implement innovative strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
