SDR Enablement Operations Manager - APAC

The SDR Enablement & Operations will play an integral role in the development and success of our expanding BDR and SDR organization. We are looking for someone who loves sales and is passionate about helping our new hires and tenured Reps reach their sales goals. To support our accelerated growth goals, we are committed to providing a world class onboarding and ongoing sales development experience. Reporting to the Director, SDR APAC, the SDR Enablement & Operations will ensue our teams are equipped from day one with the right resources and training to reduce ramp time and ultimately drive sales consistency and success. You’ll lead the development and delivery of our continuous Sales Readiness curriculum via virtual and instructor-led sessions. You will also oversee our SDR Operations and Analytics to manage our APAC reporting metrics. Our ideal candidate is a high-energy, strong communicator with Coaching mentality who will connect with our sales team, igniting excitement about their learning journey with a high level of creativity, commitment to excellence and data-driven enabler.

Your responsibilities and duties:

  • Support GTM team on all aspects of Sales Methodology (including SDR tactics, processes and skills) through Optimization of select Sales Tools by building the plan, facilitating, and delivering effective hands-on tool training. Do this by utilizing both one-on-one and group settings, workshops, on-demand, virtual, and in-person training

  • In collaboration with sales leadership – deliver practical SDR coaching and role play programs

  • Conduct SDR onboarding

  • Lead raining needs analysis to illicit sales knowledge and skill gaps

  • Drive continuous improvement through aligning select tools, Sales Opportunity Qualification requirements, to every part of the sales process in a prescriptive manner

  • Own the improvement process by translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements and collaborating with Sales Ops/IT to determine the best-case application configuration and design

  • Continuously assess, enable, and measure successes of select Tech Stacks and implement changes that lead to improved tool adoption and performance to improve efficiency and revenue through tool data usage as it correlates to performance for root cause analysis, evaluating alternatives and recommending solutions

  • Support ongoing standardization for select SDR Tools: creating templates, training, scorecards, impact analysis, utilization metrics, funnel impact/outcomes

  • Measurement of the effectiveness of our programs to drive effective behavior change - conduct and report on results and surveys

  • Gather feedback from the SDR APAC team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs with creative strategies, process, and KPI deliverables

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with field sales team members and sales Enablement team

  • Be a key stakeholder on the team evaluating new sales tools

  • Build team dashboard, SDR reports and enhance data quality across our SFDC lines of business

  • Triage support & enablement requests accordingly

What will help you succeed

  • Minimum 2 years’ sales training / coaching and/or sales onboarding experience in a fast-paced B2B environment

  • Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales experience either as an SDR / BDR or enterprise account executive at the APAC level – ideally in a technology environment

  • Fundamental understanding of learning principles, facilitation skills and coaching methodology

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire SDR professionals

  • Able to take a hands-on approach, with a passion for leading and coaching high-performing teams

  • Committed, enthusiastic and able to thrive with different cultures

  • Detail oriented and able to process activity and results data to translate into enablement actions to improve team performance

  • 4-year university or accredited college degree preferred

  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration

  • Creative and strategic thinker

  • Organized and efficient

  • Time management processes
