Global Partner Marketing Programs Manager

Your role at Dynatrace

We’re looking for an energetic, organized Marketing Programs Manager to join our Global Partner Marketing Team to help co-ordinate and scale multi-channel marketing campaigns and programs to drive demand and accelerate partner sales opportunities.  

A natural problem solver and project manager who is results-driven, you’ll be focussed on ensuring our multi-channel marketing programs (from events, webinars to paid/digital advertising, email, etc) are handled expertly, from strategy to execution, providing best practice guidelines and identifying opportunities to operationalize and roll-out in additional geos for maximum impact. 

You’ll also be passionate about the partner sales lifecycle and want to make an impact through world class portal experiences. As a partner portal pro, you understand the importance of collaboration and will engage with cross functional teams to coordinate, plan, and prioritize updates and activities, ensuring a holistic approach to self-service engagement from conception to execution.  

Marketing Programs & Operations 

  • Project manage and successfully execute compelling campaigns and programs applying a multi-channel approach by leveraging marketing automation, the PRM (Partner Relationship Management) and other digital channels. You’ll ensure the whole process runs smoothly and on time. 

  • Work closely with Field Partner Marketing Managers to connect the dots and enable, implement and scale marketing programs. You’ll identify opportunities to operationalize and roll-out in additional geos for maximum impact. 

  • Plan and manage the global partner marketing program calendar in accordance with other global partner marketing activities and priorities.  

  • Monitor, optimize, and report on effectiveness of channel, campaigns, content and tactical performance. 

  • Lead data and insight driven programs and provide best practice guidelines for wider partner marketing team. 

  • Take an active role in the Marketing Operations function for the team, focusing on data, personas, partner lead lifecycle, lead routing and lead scoring.  

PRM & Partner Portal 

  • Lead on the development and rollout of the PRM and partner portal enhancements. 

  • Managing and customizing portal content and target its delivery to the right audience by ensuring highly relevant and instructional content is available and easy to navigate. 

  • Personalize the experience for partners to make a strong, targeted impression, enabling them to leverage and self-serve. 

  • Engage with cross-team portal stakeholders to prioritize work, communicate requirements, and ensure resource availability to support continuous improvement. 

What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant marketing experience

  • Bachelors Degree or relevant experience

  • English language skills are mandatory, other languages are a huge benefit.   

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing program management and working cross functionally to deliver revenue-driving results such as MQLs, QSOs, and marketing-attributed revenue. 

  • Previous PRM and/or portal development and project management. 

  • Experience in partner/alliance marketing experience with B2B software/high tech/Saas company, with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.

  • Proactive approach to improving internal processes and ways of working. 

  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and martech such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Zift and Asana but you’ll be fully supported by the Global Operations Team. 

  • Incredible organization skills – you naturally build processes and checklists and enjoy driving your projects forward.  

  • You can build frameworks and project plans to drive efficiency and can take any project through to completion on time and within budget. 

  • You know how to use data from program success to prioritize and influence decision making. 

  • Experience of working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with teams across different geos & all levels of the organization.  

  • Must be an independent, flexible self-starter with high-energy and a growth mindset who can build rapport and drive execution with multiple teams.  

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with comfort level presenting to business owners and senior management. 

  • Able to work across times zones, requiring flexible working hours when needed. 

  • Some ad-hoc travel required for events and planning meetings.
