Office Receptionist

Job Description

We are looking for an Office Receptionist to join us in our modern office in Gdansk. You will be the first point of contact for our office, which currently accommodates around 300 employees and is still growing.

As a receptionist at Dynatrace, you should be reliable and motivated with a desire to work in a team environment, and ready to help us deliver a best-in-class customer experience and foster an engaging, dynamic workplace. We offer work at our amazing office in Alchemia.


Desired skills & experience:

  • Professional and friendly attitude

  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish language

  • Experience in a similar position would be a plus

  • Good organization, planning, and prioritization skills

  • Strong MS office skills

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Extensive communication (F2F, phone, and e-mail)

  • Welcome and take care of visitors at the office

  • Cooperation with vendors and our internal team

  • Perform administrative tasks related to files, mail & shipment

  • Coordinate office supplies

  • Order lunches and taxis, arrange event space

  • Report office faults via an internal communication system
