Sales Administrative Assistant

This role will require you to be based from our Boulogne-Billancourt office.

Dynatrace, a global leader in cloud monitoring, is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join its French team.

Reporting to the Regional Vice President in France, the Sales Administrative Assistant is key to the performance of our sales teams.  This role will be the heart of the Sales team, supporting the VP and helping out the Sales Executives from an administrative perspective. You will ensure smooth sales operations, and maintaining accurate sales records. This is a critical role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Manage and update the France specific dashboards (individual performance, region performance, pipeline generated, territory penetration rate, etc.) 

  • Put together all the company documentation to participate in tenders.

  • Maintain, clean and keep up to date, all the public and private portals.

  • Manage the Provigis platform.

  • Download all the documentation from the Governmental web portals (Social Security, taxes, Commerce registration, etc.)

  • Back-office support of the sales team during their meetings.

  • Support in case of emergencies, additional documents, etc.

  • General support of the sales team, being part of the meetings, knowing the clients/prospects files, etc.

  • Management of our internal distribution lists for PO’s, contact, etc.

  • French reporting requested by clients.

  • Build strong relationships with the Regional Directors and their sales teams.

What will help you succeed

  • You have a Bac +3 Business School or University minimum.

  • You have experience supporting fast paced sales teams.

  • Proficient in Pack Office, Outlook, Slack, Teams and experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software (SalesForce)

  • You speak French and English fluently.

  • You appreciate versatility and teamwork.

  • You are dynamic and you wish to work in an international company in full expansion.

  • You are curious by nature.

  • You are eager to learn.
