Job Description

Dynatrace Enterprise Program Managers in the North American Enterprise ACE Services Practice are responsible for ensuring the success of large Dynatrace customers. The primary role of the Enterprise Program Manager is to accelerate the deployment of Dynatrace software, while helping to maintain an organized and smooth services engagement by providing planning, adoption, and operational guidance. Enterprise Program Managers work directly with client teams and Project Managers as well as Dynatrace Services Consultants and Architects, Support, Dynatrace ONE, Product Management and Dynatrace leadership teams. Communication, technical consulting, and project management skills are paramount to success in this role

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate pre-engagement internal meetings to the Dynatrace teams’ roles and responsibilities (RACI)

  • Create and deliver coordinated Project Kick-off with client

  • Schedule and facilitate a Strategic Planning Workshop and deliver an executive presentation and supporting report

  • Help facilitate Daily Stand-Up with Client – Blocker identification and mitigation

  • Deliver Weekly program status with client

  • Lead internal Dynatrace Meetings – Internal blocker identification and mitigation, resource coordination

  • Coordinate Product enhancement/issue specific meetings with Product Management team members

  • Co-Program planning, tracking, reporting with client Project Manager

  • Co-Adoption planning, tracking, reporting with client Project Manager

  • Project Goal KPI tracking

  • Coordinate project issues, risks, and escalations with internal Dynatrace teams and client

  • Manage/coordinate Dynatrace project resources

  • Review skill gaps and build effective training plans

  • Coordinate and deliver Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)

Travel and Training Requirements  

  • Occasional travel to client locations is anticipated in this role.  10-25% travel should be expected.

  • Virtual or in one of Dynatrace offices

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration with a focus on IT

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in APM software consulting and deployment leadership

  • Minimum 3+ years delivering APM software services to large enterprises (Fortune 500) 

  • Ability to demonstrate solid understanding of APM technology, Services offerings, and Enterprise Software deployments in discussion with clients

  • Ability to provide customers with clear detailed guidance on implementation and adoption strategies

  • Strong, presentation, documentation, and program management capabilities

  • Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team of technical resources to successful engagements in challenging conditions

  • Must be a highly motivated energetic self-starter who excels in fast-paced, dynamic, team environments and committed to getting results

Desired Experience:            

  • Ideal candidates will have 3+ years APM Technology Consulting or equivalent Technical Consulting experience

  • APM/IT Operations Team Lead  

  • Program management training, experience, and certification (PMI)  

  • Dynatrace Associate Certification
